Supernova refers to its M99 Pro headlight for the fast S-Pedelecs as the "King of the Road".
This statement is by no means exaggerated.
True high beam, daytime running lights and communication with various e-bike systems make him the king of the bicycle lights.
The operation is very simple thanks to the remote control compatible with the Magura MT brake levers.
At the press of a button, you can switch back and forth between dipped and main beam.
The M99 PRO headlamp has the ability to communicate with your e-bike via various bus standards.
This gives you even more features available, such as a speed-dependent headlamp leveling or a low-power Eco mode.
But even without software connection, the integrated sensors control the headlight so that it fits all standard e-bike systems.
Automotive daytime running light
An everyday problem for cyclists and especially for e-bikers is that the driver underestimates its speed.
This can quickly lead to dangerous situations.
The clearly visible and striking daytime running light suggests to the other road users that a fast vehicle arrives there and therefore increases safety.
If the lighting conditions get worse, the headlamp will automatically switch to dipped beam to ensure optimum visibility.
Automotive high beam
Many luminaire manufacturers already refer to an enhanced dipped beam as the main beam. In the case of the Supernova M99 PRO, however, the area above the glare horizon is additionally illuminated, similar to that of motor vehicles.
This gives the driver a much wider field of vision and can detect dangers sooner.
The range of the light cone is about 380 m.
Of course you have to use this function responsibly and diminish in time oncoming traffic.
M99 Matrix Mirror
Matching the 99 individually calculated mirror surfaces to the intelligent LED matrix was a time-consuming development project.
It was only through the use of up to 9 intelligent controllable automotive LEDs in combination with multiple computer calculations of the concave and convex catoptric facets of the mirror, it was possible to create this forward-looking product.

For the high-performance LEDs to work efficiently, they need optimal cooling.
This is where the long-standing experience of Supernova comes into play.
Through careful material selection and thermal simulation, the housing and electronics have been designed so that the LEDs can fully reach their maximum performance at all times.
Note for S-Pedelec's driver
When using this headlamp on S-pedelecs it is essential to ensure that this is approved by the bicycle manufacturer.
When converting to other attachments may expire the operating permit of your e-bike, which can be a financial risk, for example, in an accident.
Please inform yourself at your dealer, if this lamp is on the positive list of the manufacturer and you can use it.
