You can easily return cycling equipment, clothing and accessories items to your local Trek store at no cost. You can also return these items, at your cost, to the Trek store that processed your order (as detailed in the sales and shipping confirmation documents) using a recorded delivery service.

You can return your bicycle purchased from www.trekstore.co.uk by either bringing the bike to your local Trek store, or by contacting Trek to arrange collection of the bicycle.
You can return your bicycle yourself to your local Trek store during store opening hours, with no returns collection & processing costs. The Trek store team will assess the bike, and if it meets the conditions below, will process the return for you in-store. They can also help you find an alternative bicycle from our range if the bike you purchased wasn’t quite right for you.
Not able to take your bike return to your local Trek store? Use our easy and hassle-free collection service. Simply complete the Returns Request Form below and we will contact you to arrange collection of the bicycle return from your delivery address, at a charge of £50.00.
Using our returns collection service your bicycle will be collected by the Trek store team or through one of our logistics partners, without the need for you to package or disassemble it ahead of time. It also gives you peace of mind that your bicycle is returned to us safely and in good condition so that we can approve and process your return for you in a timely manner.
Once the bike has been received back to Trek, the bike will be assessed by the Trek store team, and if it meets the conditions below, we will process the return. The £50.00 charge for the collection and processing of your bicycle return will be deducted from the refund amount credited back to you.
We are unable to accept bicycle returns shipped to us that have not been arranged by Trek. This is to help us ensure that the bicycle is returned to us safely and in good condition so that we can approve and process your return for you in a timely manner. Using our returns collection service your bicycle will be collected without need for you to package or disassemble it ahead of time. Alternatively, you can drop your bicycle return into your local Trek store.

If a refund is initiated, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. If the refund is for a bicycle returned via our collection service, a charge of £50.00 for the collection and processing of your bicycle return will be deducted from the refunded amount credited back to you. Refund credits usually appear on your account within 10 days, but may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
If there was an error on your order such as wrong item shipped or damage during shipping, Trek will credit your original shipping charges (if applicable). Contact the Trek store that processed your order as detailed in the sales and shipping confirmation documents.
Shipping charges will be refunded if Trek: 1) ships the incorrect merchandise; 2) the merchandise was shipped damaged or defective; 3) the merchandise was damaged in shipping.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with a Bontrager or Trek aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt, to Trek within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride. This guarantee includes Trek and Bontrager aftermarket components, clothing and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded.
