Low Price Guarantee

1. Eligibility for Low Price Guarantee

We offer a Low Price Guarantee to ensure you get the best possible price on the products we sell. The following criteria must be met for a price match request to be eligible:

• The product must be from a UK retailer (online and high-street).
• The competitor’s price must be for an identical product, including the same make, model, size, colour, specifications, and SKU.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s store (either online or in-store).
• The product must be in stock with us or available to order from our supplier.
• The price must be verifiable through (publicly advertised), e.g. a valid website link, advertisement, or written quote from the competitor must be provided as proof.
• The price match request must be raised and verified before placing the order.  
• The competitor must be selling the products on the same terms.
• The competitor's product must be brand new and in its original packaging.
• The time for delivery must be equivalent to the retailer's delivery times.

2. Exclusions

The following are excluded from the Low Price Guarantee:

• The Low Price Guarantee is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, such as add-on offers or bundle discounts.
• We will not guarantee against prices from retailers that are closing down or running clearance sales.
• Free product offers, outlet items, bundle deals, or pricing errors are excluded from price matching.
• This Low Price Guarantee does not apply to products from non-UK websites or international retailers.
• The Low Price Guarantee is available only for retail purchases (not for purchases made through third-party sellers or marketplaces).
• The Low Price Guarantee is not available on special offers, membership-based discounts, or any non-public prices (e.g., pricing that is not publicly advertised).

3. Matching the Final Sales Price

When we match a competitor’s price, we will match the final price, which includes the following:

• The competitor's product price.
• Shipping costs.
• Assembly costs.
• Charges for financing options, such as C2W (Cycle to Work) or leasing.
• Other charges, if applicable.

4. Modification or Termination of the Low Price Guarantee

Trek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Low Price Guarantee at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on our website.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any price match request at our discretion. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
