Collect your order in-store with no shipping costs. Any accessories order over £50 qualify for free standard delivery, and all new bike orders over £1,000 qualify for our free premium home delivery service where your bike will be delivered and set up for you ready to ride, directly to your front door!
Each order can only use one shipping method. If you want part of an order to ship to your home and part to your local Trek store for pickup you will need to place a separate order for each method of delivery desired.
Bikes are intricate machines. In order to give you the best possible riding experience, the Trek store technicians will need at least 24hrs from order confirmation to build and fine tune your new bike before it is ready for collection in store or dispatched for delivery. There are no additional assembly charges for bikes ordered with us, no matter which delivery method you choose.
The Trek store team will contact you when your order is ready for pick up either through phone or email. When you come to collect your order please bring a copy of your order confirmation, the card used in the transaction, and a photo ID.
Your order will be held for one month. If you are unable to pick up your order within one month, please contact the Trek store you selected to collect from. If the order is not collected within one month, and you have not notified the store, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Available for aftermarket clothing, accessories and equipment. If you choose standard delivery, your order will be delivered to the specified delivery address in your order. All deliveries will require a signature, and a valid proof of ID will need to be shown. Refer to the delivery table below for standard delivery charges and expected shipping timeframe.
With premium home delivery, your bike is delivered ready to ride, directly to your front door! Available for all Trek, Diamant and Electra bikes, and even better – it’s completely free for bike purchases over £1,000.
Premium delivery means that your bike will be handed to you, by a dedicated bike delivery service, or the Trek store team. On delivery, they will get you set up on your new bike so that all you need to think about is where you are going to go for your first ride! With premium home delivery, you get the benefits of:

Delivery times depend on where your order is being delivered to, and the chosen delivery method. While we try to deliver everything from the Trek store location closest to you, some orders will be sent from different locations, depending on availability. Once we have prepared your order for collection or dispatch, our Trek store team will notify you via email or phone.
