Riding unsupported can be fun but when you need something, it’s nice to know that somebody will always be there. When you ride a Trek, you’re never really alone.
When you find a bike you love, you can order online and collect in-store (free of charge) or have it delivered to directly to your front door with our premium home delivery service (free for bike orders over £1,000). In either scenario, the shop will build it and have it tuned and ready to ride. To give you the best possible experience, the Trek store team will need at least 24 hours from order confirmation to build your bike. You’ll be contacted once your bike is ready to collect, or ready to dispatch to you.
Some Trek and Electra bikes come with a kickstand and/or pedals as standard equipment and some do not. To confirm, please contact us.
If you have created an account, you can log in to view your order and delivery information. You can also track your P&A order through the tracking link in your delivery confirmation email, and for bikes you will be contacted with confirmation of delivery details once your bike is ready to make its way to you.
Once you submit an order, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have changed your mind or would like to return your item, please follow our easy return process.
A website can't fix a flat, tune your derailleur, pour you a cup of coffee, or answer any and all cycling-related questions you may have. Trek stores are the heart and soul of cycling and are a fantastic resource and cycling advocate within your community. Plus, if you chose to pick-up your order in one of our stores, there is no shipping charge!

Upon confirmation of your return, you should see the credit within 30 days. However, most customers see it in 4-10 business days.

We are unable to accept multiple payment options on the same transaction. If you need to use more than one credit card and have multiple items, consider submitting separate orders for the individual items. Or visit a local Trek dealer where they may be able accept payments using multiple cards.

Cycle to Work Scheme vouchers for schemes approved by Trek can also be redeemed against your order. Simply enter your voucher details when completing your order online and our Trek store team will contact you to confirm your order, assist with your voucher redemption and complete the transaction.
