"The staff are brilliant and exceptionally knowledgeable. Hugo helped me choose my first e-bike. He talked me through every step by discussing my expected use, and all the accessories that I may need. We spoke about my height being an issue for most bikes (I am 5ft1 so needed an XS frame), and found the brilliant Verve+ 2 lowstep in a lovely sparkly blue. We then found all the accessories to match - blue pannier bags, blue bottle and bottle holder, and a blue helmet! He emailed a quote with a breakdown of all the accessories so I could apply for a cycle to work certificate. I was updated when the bike arrived and had been built. Hugo even helped put the bike into my car. This has been the most empowering bike sale I have ever had. I feel confident getting back out on the roads after 5yrs of not cycling. Thank you so much."

"I visited the Shrewsbury store and enquired abut a bike purchase. The manager was very knowledgeable and suggested I try a bike he felt would be suitable. I was given a short chat about the bike and told when the store closing time was and asked to return it by then. In other words, I had the bike to try for three hours brilliant! The bike clicked with me straight away. I ordered and paid for the bike there and then. I was kept informed at least once a week of the progress of the bikes build by a very pleasant lady over the phone who also answered all my questions with patience and humour. It was delivered on time by the manager to my door. A round trip for him of around 60 miles. The cost of delivery was £NIL. Excellent service. The bike was an E-MTB Firefly 6th Gen costing £5,250. Money well spent."

"Shopping for an eBike and visited the usual suspects - Halfords, Evans, Decathlon. On a whim decided to check out the more expensive end of the market, so visited Trek MK and so glad we did. Dawid was incredibly helpful, guiding us to the right model at a price that wasn't actually that much more than we were expecting to pay. But we got to see the actual model we were buying (Halfords didn't have anything from the range we wanted available to see in store) and also got to do a test ride. Set up tweaks, including trimming the handlebars to fit my wife, were all included and bike was ready in under a week - again, far better than the other stores.
